Joniett Dueñas, MS, LMHC, QS
Joniett provides individual and family therapy for a wide range of mental health, emotional, behavioral, and relationship needs. Using a collaborative approach, clients can achieve goals such as identifying and implementing healthy coping skills, engaging in better decision-making, reducing negative effects of traumatic events, decreasing impulsive behaviors, and building stronger relationships with family, peers, and self.
Alejandro Jorge, MS
Alejandro Jorge is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern at Inside Out Therapy Center in Coral Gables, Florida. He provides individual counseling for teens, young adults, and adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, identity exploration, and life transitions. Alejandro offers a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for clients of all backgrounds, with a special focus on the LGBTQIA+ community.
Alejandro takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies. He helps clients learn practical coping tools to manage overwhelming emotions, improve self-esteem, and create meaningful change in their daily lives.
Before joining Inside Out Therapy Center, Alejandro completed his Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the University of Central Florida, where he gained hands-on experience providing therapy and facilitating group sessions focused on emotional wellness and stress management. He has also contributed to research on body image and mental health, presenting at the Southeastern Psychological Association Conference.
Alejandro is passionate about helping his clients build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
Jessica Pietrzak
Veronica Montoya, MS, LMHC, QS
Veronica has experience working with all ages, including adults, young adults, teens/adolescents, and children. She has worked with people in a broad range of areas, including anxiety, depression, substance use, parent-child relationships, self-esteem, decision-making issues, and body image issues. She uses cognitive behavioral and solution-focused techniques.
Jessica is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Student Intern at Inside Out Therapy Center in Coral Gables, Florida, providing individual therapy for teens, young adults, and adults. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use, and challenges related to childhood wounds and emotional development.
Jessica is passionate about helping clients understand the connection between past experiences and present-day patterns, including negative thinking, low self-esteem, and difficulty managing emotions. She uses a compassionate, client-centered approach to support individuals in building healthy coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
Her work often focuses on anxiety management, depression treatment, trauma-informed care, and helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. Jessica also supports parents in managing stress, improving family dynamics, and coping with the demands of daily life.
Jessica strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and confident in their healing journey.
