A space to feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Our Story

Inside Out Therapy Center began with a shared vision between our founders, Veronica Montoya and Joniett Dueñas. After working together in community mental health, they discovered they shared the same belief: therapy should be a safe, welcoming space where people can feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported.

They created Inside Out Therapy Center to provide compassionate, personalized mental health care that recognizes each client as a whole person—not simply a diagnosis or a set of symptoms.

What began as a shared vision has grown into a collaborative team of therapists with diverse specialties, experiences, and approaches. While the practice has grown, our purpose remains the same: to help clients better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and feel empowered to bring their truest selves outward.

Our Approach

We believe meaningful therapy begins with a genuine human connection. Our therapists bring different specialties, perspectives, and therapeutic approaches to their work while sharing a commitment to compassionate, collaborative, and individualized care.

We understand that no two people experience life in exactly the same way. Therapy at Inside Out Therapy Center is tailored to each client's needs, experiences, identities, strengths, and goals. Whether you're looking for support through a difficult season, working to understand long-standing patterns, or hoping to create meaningful change, our goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward.

Care that welcomes all of you.

Inside Out Therapy Center is committed to creating an inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive environment where clients from diverse backgrounds and identities feel respected and valued.

We recognize that mental health does not exist separately from our relationships, identities, cultures, communities, and lived experiences. Our therapists strive to approach each client with curiosity, compassion, humility, and respect for the experiences that have shaped who they are.

“Meanings are not determined by situations, but we determine ourselves by the meanings we ascribe to situations.”
